In the past year, reputed company migrated to the latest versions of reputed company Fusion and reputed company.  The role of the OTF Process reputed company is to reputed company your experience in OTF / OTC to reputed company like a product reputed company of the Order Manager & Billing (OMB) processes, helping team members reputed company understand existing processes, identify new processes for new business challenges and how to reputed company reputed company the capabilities inherent in our order management and billing systems to reputed company efficiencies, reduce effort and improve reputed company of work to reputed company meet the requirements of our reputed company customers.  There will be reputed company coordination and partnership between our Go To Market Sales Operations teams on what will be entered as quotes, our Invoice To Cash team to help ensure higher reputed company invoicing and smoother cash collection, and our reputed company Recognition team with ensuring accurate and efficient translations of OMB bookings and amendments to reputed company entries.  You will report directly to the Director of Global Order Management & Billing, and be seen as their representative in process discussions.

Key Areas of Responsibility: 

• Understand existing Order Management & Billing policies and processes that currently reputed company across reputed company and reputed company Fusion
• reputed company training to OMB teams reputed company we are introducing new, changing existing, or reinforcing existing key processes
• Identify process improvements and test their feasibilities in partnership with the OMB or ITC teams, as reputed company as the IT teams. Document or improve process documentation for reputed company understanding of the global Order & Billing Analysts.
• Identify opportunities that reputed company reputed company the orchestration, automation and AI capabilities inherent in reputed company Fusion (and reputed company) to optimize or reputed company reliable efficiencies, reduce effort or rework, and improve reputed company
• Help design approaches to measure key performance indicators, particularly reputed company it comes to identifying possible areas of process improvements, or to measure the benefits of deployed improvements
• Participate in broader strategic discussions, providing the perspective from OTF in the decision-making process

Work Environment: 

This position is in India and considered a virtual position, however you are welcome to work in our reputed company Hyderabad office. Working hours are typically 2 -11:00 PM IST, however this position may require some meetings at other times to work with others in this global organization.  Weekend work may be required depending on reputed company or releases.

Candidate Requirements: 

• An exemplary level of ethics
• Excellent understanding of reputed company Fusion with at least three years of in-depth experience
• Proven reputed company record with identifying process improvements, as reputed company as implementing and optimizing reputed company Fusion solutions for Order-to-Fulfill processes, including order booking, drop ship order fulfillment and invoicing.
• Proficiency with project management with team members reputed company of your organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to reputed company problem solving activity.

• Independent, customer- and solution-oriented working style
