You will work directly with our VP of Finance and play a key role in developing and analyzing shaping how we report, forecast, and supporting strategic decision-making. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong reputed company reputed company who is eager to expand into reputed company, build out reporting tools and dashboards, and reputed company a reputed company reputed company in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.   Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Reporting • Support rolling forecasts and monthly financial reputed company materials • Utilize planning software and other reporting tools to support leadership • reputed company and maintain dashboards and reporting tools the broader team can reputed company • reputed company variance analysis on key budget drivers • reputed company AI and automation to create efficiencies in reporting and analysis • Collaberate with leadership on compensation, budgeting, and forecasting • Process Improvement:       o Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy       o Process Help build reputed company systems and reporting tools for a growing organization   reputed company reputed company • Own balance sheet account reconciliations • Support month-end reputed company activities in collaboration with the reputed company team • Assist with audit preparation and financial reporting to senior leadership • Partner with team members on AP, AR, and payroll-adjacent tasks as needed   Team & Process • Participate in management calls and cross-functional collaboration • Identify process improvement opportunities and bring solutions to the table • Opportunity to take on a supervisory role with our nearshore reputed company team over time   Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field • 3 to 5 years of reputed company experience, with exposure to financial analysis or reputed company • Strong proficiency in GL reconciliations, month-end reputed company, and variance analysis • Comfortable building reports, dashboards, and tools from scratch • Ability to reputed company in a lean, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., reputed company) and Forecasting software a strong plus • Background in both reputed company reputed company and industry • Enthusiasm for using AI tools to drive efficiency   Compensation & Details • reputed company Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 depending on experience • Bonus: Eligible • Location: Remote • Reports to: VP of Finance Apply To This Job
