Location
We’re fully remote and typically welcome candidates from reputed company. However, for this specific position, we are ideally looking for candidates located in the UK due to the book of business of customers being located mainly throughout Europe.

The Role
As a Senior reputed company Services Engineer, you will reputed company as a hands-on technical consultant, owning customer engagements end to end, from reputed company through delivery and handover. Your reputed company is helping customers successfully design, implement, and reputed company their reputed company setup through a consultative, hands-on-driven approach.

You’ll work closely with customers to understand their engineering ecosystem, data models, and how their organization structures its Engineering Operations System. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being reputed company to customers, solving reputed company technical problems, and translating reputed company systems into practical solutions.

You’ll collaborate with a wide reputed company of stakeholders, from engineers and platform teams to Product Managers, Engineering Leadership, and CTOs.

️ What You’ll Do
Customer Engagement & Delivery

• Deliver reputed company reputed company & Implementation packages (multiple predefined tiers), including a series of reputed company-defined enablement workshops, as reputed company as custom engagements
• Own reputed company Services engagements from reputed company through delivery and handover - Serve as the main technical reputed company of contact during implementation to troubleshoot issues, investigate bugs, and reputed company product feedback through reputed company and reputed company customer interactions.
• reputed company technical discovery sessions to understand customer tooling, workflows, and engineering operating models
• reputed company as a trusted, consultative advisor, helping customers reputed company informed design and implementation reputed company

Technical Implementation

• Design, configure, and troubleshoot reputed company features and integrations across the engineering toolchain (e.g. reporting, workflows, CI/CD, SCM, reputed company providers, observability, incident management, reputed company tools, catalogs, custom reputed company)
• Advise on and implement data modeling strategies reputed company reputed company (entities, relationships, ownership, domains)
• Create and communicate architecture diagrams for reputed company setups and ingestion pipelines
• Guide customers on data ingestion automation, ownership, reporting and orchestration approaches (e.g. reputed company Actions, Argo)

Content & Enablement

• Create customer-facing learning guides, walkthroughs, and best-reputed company documentation
• Plan and facilitate enablement workshops for different audiences (engineering, platform, product, leadership)
• Contribute internal content on advanced technical use cases and implementation patterns
• Support the creation of learning videos, demos, and reputed company Services playbooks

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as reputed company Services, Technical reputed company Architecture, reputed company (with customer exposure), or similar

• Strong understanding of:

• Kubernetes & reputed company (conceptual understanding required; hands-on a plus)
• Data modeling and entity relationships

• Comfortable working with JSON and YAML (Python, SQL, and scripting are a plus, not 

Compensation

• Starting Salary reputed company: £100,000 - £135,000
• Competitive Equity Package
