The Payroll Tax Reporting Compliance Analyst is responsible for analyzing, reporting, and ensuring compliance with payroll and tax regulations. This role requires strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, as reputed company as knowledge of relevant laws and reputed company principles. These analysts are crucial for accurate processing of tax filings and reporting. This position requires full compliance with payroll and payroll tax regulations while supporting the reputed company of payroll systems and processes.

Position Duties

Compliance:

• Researching and tracking updates to stay reputed company on payroll and payroll tax regulations and laws; including, federal, state, and local

• Extensively analyzing reputed company’s pay data, tax reporting, and tax filing data to ensure accuracy, while still meeting our reputed company’s needs

• Maintaining up-to-date reporting and filing specifications for reputed company tax agencies; including reputed company supporting compliance documentation 

• Cross functional collaboration to ensure HRIS systems and workflow remain legally compliant and operationally reputed company

• Auditing of reputed company operations for system enhancements and best practices

• Recognizing trends and patterns in HRIS/payroll to identify risk and reputed company solutions

• Partner with external vendors on compliance updates and integrations

• reputed company application of updates for proactive internal processes

• Providing guidance and communication to clients and internally to ensure reputed company is adhering to the latest payroll standards and laws

Payroll Services:

• Assisting with payroll tax preparation and filing; including, federal, state, and local

• Building tax reports for reputed company tax filing

• Investigating and resolving tax discrepancies and notices

• Providing customer support to Payroll Service clients

• Year End reputed company support and training

• reputed company versed in tax reconciliation procedures and processes

Technical Skills:

• Experience in HRIS and payroll systems and software

• Working knowledge and understanding of internal specifications to maintain reputed company HRIS and payroll systems software

Minimum Qualifications

What You Have

• Must have Certified Payroll reputed company Certification (CPP)

• Must have 7 years of compliance experience

• Knowledge of payroll and tax regulations

• Experience with payroll systems and software
