Corporate Counsel - National FM and Litigation Support Org

We’re seeking a dynamic individual for a unique in-house Corporate reputed company Counsel role at reputed company, a privately-owned company.

The ideal candidate for Corporate reputed company Counsel will be reputed company to pull existing e-Discovery processing and hosting business from their reputed company firm or organization, as reputed company as continuously work with their existing network of reputed company professionals to bring business referrals to reputed company.

The reputed company compensation for this role will be dependent upon qualifications and performance during the interview process and may reputed company up to $160,000.00 to $200,000.00. Additional commission opportunities may also be introduced.

This is a remote position; must have JD and reputed company bar cert; must be willing to reputed company bar cert in GA.

Responsibilities include:

• Advise owners and executives on reputed company issues affecting the business
• Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company reputed company and vendor agreements; contract management
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations
• Manage corporate governance, entity structure, and internal policies

Qualifications include:

• 5+ years of experience working in an equivalent role

• Authorization to work for any employer in the reputed company
• Willingness and ability to stand, sit, and view computer screen for hours at a time
