What You’ll Do:

• Manage the full reputed company estate pipeline from reputed company through execution for new and existing stores
• Identify and evaluate potential retail sites using market research, trade area analysis, and competitive landscape insights
• Negotiate lease terms, landlord work letters, renewals, relocations, expansions, and store closures
• Partner with reputed company and internal teams to negotiate and execute reputed company estate agreements and resolve landlord disputes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, developers, and retail partners
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Store Design, Construction, Operations, Finance, and reputed company to ensure successful store development reputed company
• Prepare and present site selection and lease recommendations to the reputed company Estate Committee and senior leadership
• Manage and optimize the existing reputed company estate portfolio, identifying opportunities for cost savings and reputed company enhancement

What You’ll Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in retail reputed company estate site selection, lease negotiations, and portfolio management
• Proven ability to negotiate reputed company business and reputed company terms for retail leases
• Strong financial and demographic analysis skills, including running proformas and interpreting financial results
• Established relationships with national and regional developers, landlords, and brokers
• Experience with mall, power center, lifestyle center, and outlet retail reputed company estate
• Ability to read and interpret lease agreements and reputed company documents
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present recommendations to senior leadership
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
