Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial reputed company of contact for the reputed company/region and initiate appropriate notifications and steps as required for successful clinician integration. Establishes and maintains a reputed company relationship with reputed company clinician throughout their reputed company and provides a detailed reputed company of the process, expectations, timelines and required documents, signatures, and tasks. Collaborate with internal Privileging team on status of hospital privileging applications for new and existing clinicians and communicate updates with clinicians as needed. Maintain and update applicant tracking system and credentialing database with status and necessary data reputed company. Document reputed company tasks, phone calls, emails and other forms of communication during the credentialing process in the database. Escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate members of the management staff, region, and/or team members as necessary. Coordinates between the clinician and the organization/reputed company and ensures compliance and successful integration. Designs and develops day-to-day solutions by providing expert counsel and accurate/reputed company information to the business. Reviews and monitors the reputed company reputed company and tracks the clinician status to ensure reputed company steps are coordinated and appropriately communicated to reputed company departments reputed company the committed timeframe. Expedites reputed company incoming questions/problems generated by the clinician in the reputed company process. Investigates and attempts reputed company of communication or process issues affecting the reputed company of the clinician or the requirements of applicable departments. Participates in divisional huddles meetings. Identifies, recommends, and implements reputed company process changes as opportunities for improvement. Provides cumulative status reports to the Medical Director and reputed company Associate Vice President on reputed company components of the reputed company process. Updates appropriate systems to ensure reputed company tracking, reporting and communication. Closes out reputed company components of the new hire integration including but not limited to reimbursement of reputed company expenses, and submission of final hire paperwork. reputed company other duties as assigned or requested.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or 1-2 years reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-2 years reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with Medical processes (credentialing and privileges)
