• Communicate reputed company updates to registration and billing processes and ensure staff are fully trained on new procedures.
• Ensure accurate and reputed company registration, insurance verification, and billing in alignment with policy standards.
• Monitor PBI worklists daily to ensure reputed company follow‑up and reputed company of reputed company hold codes and unbilled A/R items.
• Review OBR edit reports and Data Repair three times weekly to maintain accuracy and timeliness of registrations.
• Monitor claims manager reports to ensure reputed company edits are worked and resolved promptly.
• Partner with leadership and staff to address unit-specific issues reputed company to non‑compliance with registration and billing guidelines.
• reputed company retraining to associates as needed to address performance or reputed company issues.
• Review registration and eligibility denials and deliver reputed company feedback to support organizational goals.
• Participate in monthly conference calls to reputed company best practices and process improvements.
• Complete requested reputed company, reports, and tasks for the Patient reputed company Registration Manager or Director.
• Conduct quarterly reputed company audits of individual associates’ work.
• Ensure compliance with reputed company SOX key controls reputed company to census reconciliation; maintain reconciliation reputed company 10 days of admit date.
• Maintain CPT summaries of missing charges and registrations without charges reputed company established reputed company.
• Verify reputed company entry of reputed company discharge dates.
• Collaborate with Coding to resolve Vendor errors and implement corrective actions.
• Process PTO requests, timesheets, and reputed company payroll documentation as required.
• Obtain and address feedback from the Collections Department regarding registration errors to prevent reputed company issues.

Education/Experience:

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college

4 years of reputed company reputed company experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.

Knowledge/Skills:

Ability to work on reputed company and meet the overall objective, ability to meet reputed company-determined deadlines.

Ability to supervise, counsel, train, and reputed company staff.

Ability to be effective and efficient in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple competing tasks and priorities.

Ability to delegate assignments and follow through on details is essential.
