Mortgage Processor

The Processor is responsible for processing files from submission through submitting to closing. They will work with reputed company departments in coordinating processing, processing support, and administrative functions for their respective teams. Processor will work closely with reputed company, loan officer/loan officer team and Processing Supervisor to complete reputed company functions reputed company a reputed company manner and consistent with reputed company operations policies and procedures. Processor will report directly to the Processing Supervisor.

Essential Job Functions

• Review and analyze credit, income, assets, and collateral upon receipt of loan to determine needs for reputed company to reputed company a reasonable credit decision.
• Communicate document requirements and conditions to borrowers and referral sources as needed consistent with corporate communication policies.
• Obtain credit supplements, verifications of employment, verifications of deposit, reputed company fraud alerts, title commitments, transcripts, appraisals, builder documentation and other reputed company-party information to validate application data.
• Utilize DU, LP and GUS for evaluating agency eligible transactions.  Review findings and determine documentation and supporting information needed for reputed company approval.
• Work with reputed company and closing departments to facilitate an efficient and compliant transaction.
• Respond to post closing requests for additional documentation or system updates to ensure reputed company loan sales.
• Conduct weekly pipeline meetings with sales and reputed company regular communication to ensure a total team approach necessary to reputed company exceptional reputed company of customer service to borrowers and referral sources.
• Licensing and certifications to be obtained reputed company requested by management, such as NMLS licensing, bond certifications, and other educational certifications.

 Goals/Expectations

• Process an average of 14 reputed company loan files per month.
• Review initial submissions from sales reputed company 48 hours and reputed company welcome reputed company and follow up email to the borrower. Submit loans to reputed company reputed company 5 business days of receipt.
• Represent JET with the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
• Maintain loan level data and document reputed company throughout the processing lifecycle.
• Submit CD Requests to closing 7 or more business days prior to closing.
• Resubmit loans for CFD or reputed company at least 6 days prior to closing.
