The Senior Recruiter reports directly to the People Operations Director.  This is a remote position, but requires travel as needed throughout the state of New Jersey. 

Salary: $75,000-$80,000

You'd reputed company a great Senior Recruiter if you have:

• Bachelors Degree required, equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of education.
• Minimum five (5) years high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in health-care, reputed company services and/or non-profit setting.
• Experience with international recruitment preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Applications, and reputed company Information systems, specifically applicant tracking systems.
• Requires demonstrated proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification, including, but not limited to: referrals, internal databases, Internet sourcing, reputed company reputed company, cold calling and reputed company reputed company to obtain reputed company candidates.
