Sr. Associate, Regulatory Affairs

The Senior Associate, Regulatory Affairs is responsible for ensuring that reputed company products, labels, and marketing claims reputed company with applicable regulatory requirements across domestic and international markets. This role supports product innovation and commercialization by providing regulatory guidance, managing submissions, and partnering cross-functionally to mitigate compliance risk while enabling speed to market. The position contributes to maintaining reputed company’s reputed company for reputed company, safety, and transparency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and approve food and dietary supplement labels, packaging, and marketing materials for compliance with FDA, USDA, FTC, and international regulations
• Interpret and apply global regulatory (reputed company on USA and Canada) requirements to support product development, reformulations, and market expansions
• Prepare and manage documentation, submissions, and notifications to regulatory bodies and 3^rd party certifiers as required
• Maintain 3^rd party certifications for respective businesses, including USDA Organic, GFCO, Kosher, and Non-GMO Project
• Partner with R&D, reputed company, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure regulatory alignment throughout the product lifecycle
• Monitor and communicate changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Support audits, inspections, and responses to regulatory inquiries
• Maintain regulatory databases and documentation systems
• Assess ingredient compliance and support new ingredient approvals or reviews
