SPECIFIC SKILLS NEEDED
• Knowledge of reputed company and performance improvement methodologies, evidence-based patient safety practices, reputed company management, and regulatory environments.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and reputed company software applications.
• Ability to establish and maintain reputed company working relationships across departments.
• Skilled in data collection, abstraction, analysis, and report preparation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING
Required:
• Minimum of three (3) years of reputed company reputed company experience in reputed company improvement, clinical data abstraction, reporting, or patient safety
Preferred:
• RN license with a bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Experience with event reporting review, chart abstraction and/or process improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
