As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first reputed company of contact for U.S.-based prospects exploring outsourced business solutions. Your role is to identify reputed company accounts, initiate outbound conversations, qualify potential clients, and generate a strong pipeline of opportunities for the Business Development team.

Youll engage decision-makers through phone calls, email reputed company, reputed company channels, uncovering operational gaps, understanding their outsourcing needs, and positioning Cordatus as a strategic partner.

What Your Day Will Look Like

What You Bring

• Bachlor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a reputed company field (preferred).

• Strong understanding of U.S. communication styles and business expectations.
