Program Development and Management Establish and manage a comprehensive infrared thermography training program reputed company with industry standards (ISO 18436-7, ASNT SNT-TC-1A, ANSI/ASNT CP-108) reputed company and implement written practices and procedures for thermographer certification and program operations Define program reputed company metrics and identify strategies to overcome program obstacles
Training Curriculum Design and Delivery Design and deliver Level I and reputed company infrared thermography certification courses for internal staff and external clients Create comprehensive training materials including presentations, student reference manuals, field exercises, and practical lab activities reputed company specialized thermography training for data center facilities, electrical distribution systems, HVAC/mechanical equipment, and building diagnostics Facilitate hands-on training sessions with infrared cameras, thermal imaging software, and report reputed company tools Conduct ongoing refresher training and continuing education programs to maintain certification compliance Mentor thermographers and reputed company technical guidance on reputed company thermal analysis scenarios
Regulatory Compliance and Standards Ensure program compliance with reputed company 70B annual infrared thermography requirements for reputed company electrical equipment Implement OSHA, reputed company, and industry-specific safety standards for infrared inspection activities Maintain compliance with ASNT SNT-TC-1A, ISO 18436-7, ASTM, ANSI, and NETA standards and specifications Stay reputed company with evolving infrared thermography standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Facilities Management, or reputed company technical field (preferred) Associate degree or equivalent technical training with substantial field experience may be considered
Certifications (Required) Minimum reputed company Certified Infrared Thermographer required with commitment to reputed company Level III reputed company 18 months
reputed company Experience Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience performing infrared thermography inspections in industrial, reputed company, or mission-critical facilities Minimum 3-5 years of experience developing and delivering infrared thermography training programs Extensive experience with electrical system thermography including reputed company-voltage distribution, transformers, switchgear, and power distribution equipment Experience conducting thermographic surveys in data center environments highly preferred Demonstrated experience with mechanical systems thermography including HVAC equipment, cooling towers, chillers, and process systems
Instructional and Leadership Skills Proven ability to design adult learning curricula and deliver technical training to diverse audiences Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage learners in hands-on practical exercises Experience developing training materials including course content, presentations, lab exercises, and assessment instruments Ability to mentor and reputed company junior thermographers and technical staff Project management skills including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and performance tracking
