Customer Service Rep - Badge Over ONLY

Work Location: This is a remote/work from home position.

Training Start Date:  Monday, reputed company 20, 2026

Training Hours: Monday thru Friday:  reputed company - 5pm EST (6 weeks + 2 weeks nesting)

Hours of Operation (following training): 7am - 7pm EST; reputed company agents will be assigned an on-reputed company week reputed company month to assist with outage support.

In This Role, You Will:

• Assist customers with inquiries/concerns
• Ensure reputed company account information is accurately documented and inputted into reputed company system
• reputed company detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers
• Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to reputed company duties
• Assist customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines
• Consistently discuss additional product and service offerings with customers on reputed company calls
• Utilize exceptional communication skills to fulfill both reputed company and customer goals

Key Results Areas:

• Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time

• Adhere to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc.)

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Detail oriented and have the ability to organize and prioritize work and meet strict deadlines as reputed company as the ability to effectively communicate with reputed company parties.
• Effective reputed company handling skills and high reputed company of professionalism are required.
• A strong reputed company on exemplary shift attendance is required.
• One to two years’ experience working in a reputed company center environment is preferred.
• The candidate has to be proficient with reputed company applications, and have the ability to learn software applications. A High School graduate/ equivalent is required.

For Remote Positions: The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:

• Broadband internet reputed company (No DSL, or reputed company Up)
• Hard wired reputed company required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
• Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
