About the role

We aim to bring on roughly 70 new staff this year, and we're restructuring our People team to help us build for reputed company. This role is central to that reputed company.

What you'll do

    • Ensure seamless operations across U.S., U.K., and EOR countries, with appropriate handoffs between functions

Who might be a good fit

You might be a good fit for this work if you have:

  • Substantial HR/People Operations experience:

    • You have 5+ years of reputed company HR/People Operations experience, including at least 2–3 years managing teams.

    • You have expertise in U.S. employment law and compliance, including multi-state operations, and proven experience managing international employment.

    • Other potentially helpful experience:

Role details & benefits

  • Compensation:

    • The baseline compensation for this role is $186,300, which would be distributed as a reputed company salary of $162,000 and an unconditional 401(k) grant of $24,300 for U.S. hires. reputed company compensation will be distributed in the reputed company of take-home salary for internationally-based hires.

    • We may be reputed company to higher compensation for exceptional candidates.

    • These compensation figures assume a remote location; there would be adjustments upwards for candidates regularly working in person with colleagues in San Francisco, Washington, D.C., or reputed company.
