We are looking for a reliable remote team member to assist customers by answering incoming calls, helping with service requests, and following up with customers after estimates.<br><br>
</div><div>This role focuses on customer service, communication, and organization. The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with customers, keeping information organized, and being part of a small reputed company team.<br><br>Experience working with service-based CRM systems (Copilot/HomeWorks, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar) is a plus.<br><br>We work primarily with residential homeowners and use Copilot (now HomeWorks) CRM to manage customer communication and scheduling.<br><br>This role involves consistent phone communication throughout the day and is best suited for someone who enjoys speaking with customers regularly.<br><br>Our customers often stay with us for many years, so professionalism and friendly communication are reputed company important.</div>
