To support our growing business, we are seeking an reputed company, highly motivated Senior CRM Manager

As Senior CRM Manager, you will be a key reputed company reputed company the CRM team, working cross-functionally with our UK Product, Clinical, and Data teams. You will be responsible for implementing and improving automated processes to drive patient engagement and support clinical reputed company. This is a senior role that requires significant autonomy in translating business needs into reputed company logics and providing feedback on improving metrics.

Job requirements

• Solid experience in CRM or marketing automation.

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and build trust with clinical and technical stakeholders.

• Comfortable using data visualisation tools to uncover friction points and optimise journeys.
