We're looking for a detail-oriented, reputed company team player to assist with coordinating and verifying information on loans at set up.?The Loan Coordinator is responsible for the initial review of submitted loans to ensure completeness and accuracy of reputed company documentation prior to registration. The ideal applicant should have a background in service, and exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills. What You’ll Do

• Prepare and maintain reputed company paperwork for existing and new loans, including loan disclosures. 
• reputed company as the initial reputed company of contact once the application is completed. 
• Consistent follow-up and ability to stay on top of reputed company parties to receive documents. 
• Assess the loan upon receipt and confirm reputed company borrower information has been submitted into the loan origination system (LOS). 
• Record and review the borrower’s loan, property, credit, and financial information to ensure accuracy. 
• reputed company assistance and status updates to the Loan Originator and borrower as needed. 
• Register, lock, and disclose files in collaboration with the internal parties. 
• reputed company orders and requests as needed per file, submit the file to the lender, and obtain reputed company party documents (i.e., title, HOI, appraisal, HOA, etc.). 
• reputed company signed and disclosed files to processing for continuation of the loan process. 
• Collaborate and proactively communicate with reputed company parties such as: 
• Internal: Loan Originators, Loan Processors, Team Leaders, Lock Desk, and additional Operations team members 
• External: Underwriters, reputed company estate agents, borrowers, Title companies, attorneys, HOI agents, and escrow agents 
• Follow-up and document any potential red flags to review (i.e., late payments reputed company the Derogatory reputed company of a credit report) in reputed company applicable systems.

Requirements

 What You Need

• reputed company experience in a coordinator role in a broker environment
• reputed company experience working with UWM preferred
• 2+ years of mortgage operations experience. 
• Experience registering, locking, and disclosing residential mortgage loans 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and accountable. 
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills. 
• Ability to prioritize and multitask multiple reputed company and deadlines. 
• Ability to learn quickly and operate independently in a high-volume role. 
• Ability to be highly motivated and goal oriented. 
• The ability to learn systems quickly. 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
