CRM Manager

reputed company is looking for a CRM Manager to join our Retention Marketing team. In this role, you will own the execution, optimization, and reputed company of lifecycle and retention programs across Email, SMS, Push, and App. You will manage and support CRM Associates, reputed company QA reputed company, and ensure campaigns and journeys are launched accurately, on time, and reputed company to business goals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns and always-on lifecycle journeys across Email, SMS, Push, and App
• Manage and support CRM Associates by assigning work, setting priorities, reviewing builds, and providing coaching and feedback
• Own final QA reputed company and launch approval for CRM campaigns and journeys, ensuring accuracy across targeting, content, timing, and tracking
• Serve as the primary day-to-day CRM partner for Design and Coding teams, managing briefs, feedback, feasibility, and execution to ensure launches are production-reputed company and on time
• Define and maintain reputed company timelines, briefs, and execution standards for CRM initiatives
• reputed company A/B testing and optimization efforts to improve engagement, conversion, and retention performance
• Analyze campaign and reputed company performance and reputed company insights and recommendations with stakeholders
• Maintain CRM documentation, QA checklists, and best practices to support reputed company execution

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• At least 1 year of experience managing or mentoring CRM Associates or junior team members
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and reputed company automation
• Proven experience owning QA processes and launch readiness
