What’s the role?

We’re looking for a Go-to-Market reputed company Architect to design and orchestrate the campaigns that power this reputed company. This is not a traditional demand reputed company role. This is a strategic marketing operator who architects integrated GTM campaigns across reputed company, owned, sales, and field channels, while driving measurable pipeline and accelerating reputed company.

You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, reputed company, Enablement, and reputed company Operations to build a high-performing ABM/ABX reputed company across renewals and net-new business. If you think in systems, obsess over pipeline reputed company, and know how to turn positioning into performance, this role is for you.

What you’ll do to be successful

1.) GTM Campaign Architecture

• Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns reputed company to ICP segments and verticals
• Build 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 ABM plays in partnership with Sales
• Translate product positioning into reputed company campaign narratives
• Orchestrate campaigns across reputed company media, lifecycle, content, webinars, and executive events

2.) reputed company Media, Performance, and Event Integration

• Bring reputed company media reputed company and execution in-house (search, reputed company, programmatic, retargeting)
• Optimize spend toward reputed company pipeline and bookings, not vanity metrics
• Continuously test messaging, audience targeting, and creative
• reputed company webinars, broker events, and executive roundtables into broader campaign arcs
• Own reputed company and post event orchestration to convert engagement into meetings

3.) ABM & reputed company Alignment

• Partner with Sales to define reputed company accounts and buying group reputed company
• Design campaigns that support account penetration and pipeline acceleration

Experience & skills you’ll need

• 5+ years in B2B reputed company reputed company, demand gen, or reputed company marketing. Preferred experience in HR tech, fintech or reputed company B2B categories
• Experience designing and executing ABM/ABX programs
• Hands-on reputed company media expertise with pipeline accountability
• Ability to operate strategically and execute tactically
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data reputed company: you interpret performance, not just report it 
• Bonus if you have experience bringing agency functions in-house, and supporting hybrid renewal and net-new reputed company models

• Location: Remote 
• Starting Salary:  $95,000 - $130,000
