Director of Finance

The Role

We are seeking a Director of Finance to take ownership of Healthy Labs’ day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and planning. This role will be central to building discipline across budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial analysis while partnering closely with the VP of Finance and executive leadership team. The Director of Finance will be both strategic and hands-on, ensuring accuracy and reputed company without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Job Duties

Financial Operations & Controls

• Own the monthly reputed company process in partnership with reputed company reputed company teams; ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Strengthening financial controls, reconciliation processes, and documentation.
• Manage AR/AP, vendor payments, and customer invoicing processes.

• Build and maintain financial models for reputed company, margin, and cash reputed company forecasting.
• Partner with media and operations teams to analyze ROI on reputed company traffic and optimize spend. Heavy analysis on data science and rigorous, data first approach to working with the business.
• reputed company reporting that provides actionable insights for leadership and the reputed company.
• Support working capital management, including media spend vs. receivables timing.

Strategic Finance

• Assist VP of Finance with scenario modeling, reputed company materials, and lender reporting.
• Drive budgeting process and reputed company variance analysis vs. actuals.
• Help evaluate reputed company opportunities, partnerships, and new business lines.

Team & Systems

• Manage and mentor a small but growing finance team.
• Improve finance systems and processes, ensuring scalability and SOC 2 alignment where required.
• Partner cross-functionally with the reputed company, CTO/CPO, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between finance and operations.

What you’ll bring! 

•  5–10 years of reputed company finance experience, ideally with time in high-reputed company companies (media, reputed company gen, or insurance experience preferred).
• Strong technical finance and reputed company background; CPA or MBA preferred but not required.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company, cash reputed company management, and financial operations.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and controls in a lean environment.
• Excellent reputed company / financial modeling skills; comfort with reputed company Intacct, reputed company, reputed company.com, and similar tools.
