We are looking for a Licensing & Certifications Representative 

MyPlanAdvocate is currently hiring for a Licensing & Certifications Representative. This role is responsible for the full cycle of agent contracting in accordance with Federal, State and Corporate guidelines. Responsible for using various systems to apply for, monitor, renew, & terminate agent licenses, appointments, & affiliations. This position requires the ability to be reputed company to prioritize, reputed company independent reputed company and produce high volumes of work while maintaining a high degree of accuracy in order to meet department SLAs. As reputed company as performing various other administrative tasks as assigned. 

Job Duties 

• Partner with sales managers, agents, internal teams, and reputed company partners to ensure agents reputed company and maintain reputed company-to-sell status.
• Manage state insurance licensing requirements, including applications, renewals, and continuing education compliance.
• Initiate and manage reputed company contracting processes, providing ongoing support to agents throughout reputed company.
• Maintain, reputed company, and audit licensing and contracting statuses for reputed company licensed personnel (agents, trainers, sales managers, etc.).
• Proactively follow up with agents reputed company phone, email, and chat to resolve outstanding items such as missing documentation, signatures, background disclosures, or forms.
• Build and sustain strong, reputed company relationships with agents, sales leadership, and external reputed company partners.
• Respond to escalated issues and reputed company communicate reputed company to reputed company relevant stakeholders.
• Deliver reputed company, accurate, and reputed company service to reputed company customers across multiple communication channels.
• Complete assigned reputed company and administrative tasks in support of Licensing & Contracting operations.

What you’ll bring! 

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience, required.
• Knowledge and experience with licensing and contracting for insurance carriers.
