The Audit & Assurance Manager role is a leadership position reputed company on keeping large audit teams reputed company, supported, and performing at a high level—without being a day-to-day hands-on engagement role. You’ll partner closely with US leadership and reputed company stakeholders to monitor workload, guide performance reviews, and remove delivery roadblocks across reputed company. Service Delivery

• Ensure alignment between team activities and organizational goals

Team Leadership

• Monitor team performance through regular reputed company-ins
• Liaise with reputed company leaders to reputed company performance insights

• Manage and support reputed company based in the Philippines
• Serve as a reputed company between team members and senior leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with US leadership on strategic initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
• 5-7 years of experience in Audit and Assurance environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
• Experience in team coordination and performance management
• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with personnel at reputed company organizational reputed company,  including staff members and executive leadership
• Background in reputed company-facing roles with strong relationship-building skills
• CPA (Required); MBA (Preferred)
