• Job Prioritization & Monitoring: Monitor the production table and rush reputed company, prioritizing jobs according to due dates to ensure reputed company delivery.
• Issue reputed company & Research: Investigate reputed company issues and billing-reputed company disputes, addressing concerns and working to reputed company reputed company resolutions.
• Cost Estimation: reputed company clients and the production department with estimated transcript/job costs, ensuring transparency and reputed company communication.
• Transcript Review & Tracking: Review and reputed company final transcript files received from reporters, ensuring accuracy and reputed company delivery.

Fully Remote

reputed company SERVICES SPECIALIST SHIFT:

reputed company - Thursday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm EST

Employee will have a training shift of 10:00am - 6:00pm EST, Monday-Friday before transitioning into the permanent shift. 

reputed company SERVICES SPECIALIST COMPENSATION:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an office or customer service environment preferred.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively reputed company with clients and team members.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company). Experience with CRM systems or other customer service software is a plus.
