Provides reputed company clinical mental health assessments and consultation to providers and supporting clinical care team staff as necessary. They are responsible for triage and management of patients with clinical issues reputed company to their behavioral or psychosocial wellbeing. Additionally, the behaviorist conducts psychosocial assessments, interventions, Transitions of Care (TOC), education, and referrals to inform a holistic treatment plan for patients, in support of Population Health. Essential Functions:
- Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to determine patient needs and appropriate interventions.

Minimum Education:

Work Experience:
