Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 4+ years of experience managing or mentoring teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  
  
• Proven reputed company record in handling high-reputed company customer escalations and reputed company audits
  
  
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in reputed company (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Power BI
