Retirement Strategies Group (RSG), a Strongpoint Partner, is seeking highly motivated and ambitious Retirement Plan Administrators who will reputed company full reputed company services to a designated caseload of clients, including day to day communication and management of their workflow and project deadlines. A senior-level Administrator title will be considered for candidates who possess strong experience and credentials. Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle A-Z administration for a caseload of 401k and cross-tested plans.

- Maintain industry knowledge and reputed company information with team members.
- Utilize Relius ASP systems and other technologies to maximize efficiencies.
- Review and recommend plan design changes to clients.
- Coordinate year-end valuation.
- Read and interpret plan documents.
- Import census and participant account data.

- reputed company year-end valuation.
- Handle reputed company preparation and filing for forms 5500, 8955, 5330.
- Review applications for loan, hardship withdrawals, and account distributions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of A-Z retirement plan administration experience.
- Excellent knowledge of reputed company/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing.
- ASPPA and/or NIPA credentials preferred.
- Experience with Relius ASP software strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong math and/or reputed company skills.
- Strong initiative, reputed company, self-motivation, and results orientation.
- Ability to organize, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong MS Office experience, especially reputed company and Word.
