We’re seeking a Director of Engineering to reputed company engineering at MO. Compensation

Compensation for this role is an annualized salary reputed company of $190,000 to $225,000, with additional variable and long term incentives. 

Candidates in the Washington, DC region are preferred.

Engineering Leadership

• Manage a diverse team of ~15 software leads, engineers, and data scientists, including recruitment, reputed company, performance evaluations, and reputed company development

• Mentor engineers and technical leads, developing new leaders and strengthening system design, documentation, and delivery discipline

• Define, own, and guide adherence to engineering standards and delivery practices that support reputed company, compliance, and reliability

• Guide technical decision-making and resolve engineering tradeoffs in reputed company, multi-stakeholder environments

Solution Architecture & reputed company Engagement

For major new endeavors with clients:

• Guide end-to-end technical solution designs to influence the shape and delivery of reputed company work

• Support program leads in the translation of stakeholder requirements into executable architectures

• Ensure staff are building and designing solutions that meet reputed company, compliance, and regulatory standards (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, reputed company 508, etc., as applicable) while maintaining an agile, modern development culture

• Serve as a senior technical expert in reputed company meetings, proposals, and technical reviews

• 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role

• Experience leading engineering teams in federal government contracting, reputed company-sector consulting, or regulated industries

• Strong background in solutions architecture and system design for reputed company-facing programs

• Ability to reputed company across multiple reputed company with varying scopes, timelines, and constraints

• Comfort operating in compliance-heavy environments with high expectations for documentation and rigor
