CMDB Data Architect: Common Service Data Modeling (VA ESOM)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education). 8 years of database management experience with proven experience as a CMDB Data Architect, with a strong reputed company on the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). In-depth knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL. Hands-on experience with CMDB and ITSM tools, such as reputed company or similar platforms. Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and data integration techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address data reputed company issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
