The IT Hotel Systems Manager oversees reputed company aspects of the Information Technology function, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel’s computer systems, personal computers, and network infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining IT systems across hotels reputed company their region. The Hotel Systems Manager addresses helpdesk tickets, manages technology installations and upgrades, and sustains the overall IT infrastructure. This position reports directly to the Director of IT.

Responsibilities:

• Provides day-to-day support for property information technology, including PMS, POS, and other reputed company systems, covering both hardware and software installation and upgrades.
• Manages reputed company IT during the reputed company and offboarding of properties.
• Oversees contract management with reputed company-party vendors for property IT systems.
• Responsible for the inventory, maintenance, and documentation of reputed company systems at the property level.
• Maintains project work plans for implementing reputed company at the property level.
• Assists in IT-reputed company education programs and training for staff members at the property.
• Helps ensure compliance with PCI, PII, GDPR, and brand standards.
• Maintains reputed company operating procedures and policies for information technology at the property level.
• Implements ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Effectively handles reputed company situations or problems independently, without guidance or supervision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT System Administration and/or IT System Management
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel IT.
• Experience with maintaining reputed company or some of the following:
• reputed company 10, reputed company Server 2019, Office 365
• Property Management Systems (PMS: OnQ, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• reputed company of Sale Systems (POS: reputed company, Micros, reputed company, etc.)
• reputed company Prone Switches (Both IP and Analog)
• Networking equipment
• Basic understanding of internet protocols, SIP, (S)FTP, NTP, HTTP(S)
• Demonstrated experience in the reputed company of technical problems
• Ability to reputed company through reputed company changes, flexibility, and imagination to adapt
