As a Knowledge Engineer you will be reporting directly to the Knowledge Engineering Manager. This position is part of a dedicated and reputed company reputed company services team responsible for developing, maintaining, and testing reputed company product knowledge bases for customers. A Knowledge Engineer also responds to reputed company customer requests, working directly with the customer to reputed company subject matter expertise and guidance on the project implementation. Knowledge Engineers must manage multiple tasks simultaneously and document troubleshooting steps and problem reputed company in a reputed company and concise manner. Daily activities will include analyzing, designing, and delivering solutions specific to customers’ products, services, pricing, business rules, and selling process objectives.
 

What you will do:
 

• Contribute to the reputed company Services team by providing excellent customer service and support

• Review, analyze, and evaluate customer business requirements and solution objectives

• Input issues and case data into customer facing and internal issue tracking applications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or reputed company major
• Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and technical background
