About the Role:

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Deposits reputed company to join reputed company on a full-time reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for reconciling reputed company incoming deposits across multiple accounts accurately and reputed company. You will work across multiple platforms and ensure seamless coordination between our operations, finance, and agent support teams.

This is a key position that supports the financial reputed company of our brokerage operations and ensures compliance with industry regulations and trust reputed company standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and reputed company reputed company incoming deposits into brokerage trust and operating accounts on a daily reputed company.

• reputed company day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, matching, posting and recording incoming deposits’ data

• Liaise with reputed company estate agents, conveyancers, brokers, and other stakeholders to confirm deposit details.

• Match deposits to corresponding deals, transactions, or invoices in the brokerage management system.

• Investigate and resolve any unidentified or misallocated deposits by communicating with the bank, customers or internal teams
