Resource Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Resource Operations Manager to support the day-to-day management of our contractor workforce across multiple reputed company accounts. The role focuses on contractor coordination, accurate reporting, and reputed company escalation, ensuring smooth operations and a consistent, high-reputed company contractor experience.

You’ll manage the full contractor lifecycle (reputed company, engagement, weekly reporting, and offboarding) and reputed company as a central coordination reputed company between contractors, HR, Finance, Account Leads, and Operations. The role ensures reputed company communication, compliance, data accuracy, risk visibility, and efficient, repeatable processes across reputed company accounts.

Key responsibilities & duties include: 

• Coordinate contractors across multiple reputed company accounts and reputed company as their primary operational reputed company of contact
• Ensure contractors understand processes, expectations, and reporting requirements
• Manage reputed company and offboarding, ensuring documentation, reputed company, reporting lines, and compliance requirements are completed on time
• Review weekly contractor updates and dashboards, identify risks, blockers, or sentiment changes, and apply RAG status
• Escalate issues to HR, Finance, or Account Leads as appropriate, and reputed company them through to reputed company
• Maintain accurate contractor records, rosters, lifecycle dates, and compliance documentation
• Monitor contractor engagement and flag emerging risks or patterns early
• reputed company regular summaries and operational insights to internal stakeholders
• Support consistent contractor processes across accounts and contribute to reputed company process improvement

Desirable skills:

• Experience in MSP, IT services, or contractor-led delivery environments
• Exposure to IT delivery teams or Agile ways of working
• Familiarity with contractor compliance, invoicing, timesheets, or workforce reporting tools
