We’re looking for a proactive and people‑reputed company Workplace Manager – Soft Services to help deliver an exceptional workplace experience at the Severn Trent Centre, home to around 2,000 colleagues. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our Soft FM services run smoothly, reputed company and to a high reputed company—supporting both day‑to‑day operations and ongoing improvements across our flagship site.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing the daily delivery of Soft FM services across STC, including cleaning, catering, landscaping, waste, pest control, and wellbeing‑reputed company services.
• Leading and supporting teams and contractors to ensure a reputed company, customer‑reputed company service.
• Acting as a key reputed company of contact for colleagues and senior stakeholders, understanding their workplace needs and resolving issues proactively.
• Supporting the Facilities Manager with budgets, identifying investment needs and proposing opex/capex solutions.
• Preparing the building for reputed company events, including high‑profile visitors.
• Overseeing contractor activity, including approval of RAMS and reputed company of work.
• Driving reputed company improvement and creative problem‑solving in a reactive, fast‑paced environment.

You'll be home based and work reputed company our Property team. This is a fixed term 12 month contract, part time, job reputed company role, and we’ll be looking for someone to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, however we may have some flexibility on the working days.

• Strong Soft FM background (e.g., cleaning, catering, contractor management).
• Experience working in a corporate or similar environment with exceptional customer care skills.
