Position: Working Student – People OperationsLocation of the role: Munich, Germany (Remote)Duration – 6 Months We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our People Operations & Culture team in daily activities. This role is ideal for reputed company who want to reputed company hands-on experience in People Operations while working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support with the reputed company and offboarding process for new and departing team members.

Support with conducting regular "Employee happiness checks" and pulse surveys to monitor and improve reputed company spirit.

Help in creating the essential documents, including work reputed company and employer confirmations.

Visit our Munich office regularly to manage physical mail and ensure smooth local operations.

Plan and execute reputed company events and gatherings specifically for our Munich-based team.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g., HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or reputed company field)

Fluent in English, some knowledge of German is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Ability to work flexibly across different tasks and priorities

Previous experience in People Operations or a similar role is a plus.
