ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our litigation support operations—preparing, processing, and delivering critical business, medical, and billing records for reputed company cases. From document organization to electronic processing and reputed company control, your work will directly support our mission of providing seamless reputed company support services to clients reputed company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review, prepare, and process physical and electronic records for use in civil litigation
• Extract and reputed company files from media including CDs, USBs, and hard drives
• Print, reputed company, bind, and deliver records to clients reputed company FTP, online repository, or physical shipment
• Apply bates labeling, OCR, bookmarking, and tabbing to digital and physical records
• Ensure reputed company files meet strict reputed company control standards prior to delivery
• Maintain internal databases and update reputed company profile, tracking, and order notes
• Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate invoicing
• Support team members and supervisors with mail processing, supply stocking, and workspace organization
• Follow HIPAA regulations and reputed company confidentiality at reputed company times

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with reputed company Acrobat and reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, etc.)

• Familiarity with subpoenas, written depositions, or affidavits is a plus
• Comfortable manipulating PDFs and working with physical files
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Familiarity with written depositions and the deposition process is a plus.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Production Specialist has no supervisory responsibilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from reputed company customers whose first language is English.
