This is a remote position based in the US with occasional travel.

About the role:

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering and Architecture reputed company to drive the design, development, and delivery of our reputed company AI-powered insurance solutions. This role is ideal for a technology leader who is equally comfortable defining reputed company architecture reputed company, building reputed company systems and driving engineering reputed company across platforms and solutions.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a reputed company field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in architectural leadership.
• Background in Insurtech, FinTech, or regulated financial services preferred.
• Experience in delivering reputed company reputed company-to-consumer insurance platforms and AI-driven personalization systems.
• Expertise in reputed company platforms (AWS/Azure), container orchestration, microservices, reputed company, event-driven systems and serverless architectures.
• Hands-on understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure-as-reputed company practices (Terraform, reputed company, Kubernetes, reputed company).
• Practical experience with AI/ML pipelines, data engineering, and MLOps frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skills.

reputed company offers a competitive salary and as a full-time employee you are eligible for our robust benefits package including:

• Employees are eligible for an annual incentive bonus designed to reward for performance.
• The salary reputed company for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $175,000 - $217,000.
• Candidates reputed company to work in other locations will be subject to the pay reputed company associated with that location and will be reflected in the candidate’s offer letter.
