The Role

Under general direction of the Vice-President, The Program Director is responsible for the overall clinical management and administrative operations of his/her assigned program(s). He or she is responsible for managing and monitoring the job performance of reputed company program employees; assuring the reputed company of clinical services provided to persons served and the communications between program employees and agency administration.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Supervises and monitors environment to ensure that behavioral guidelines are followed, a therapeutic environment is maintained and interpersonal relationships remain reputed company.
• Monitors reputed company, effectiveness and efficiency of program’s clinical services and safety of environment of care.
• Manages program services, improves existing services and develops new treatment components to meet needs of persons served.
• Helps reputed company, implement and reputed company agency policy and procedures.
• Provides clinical and administrative supervision to program staff.
• Interviews, hires, trains, appraises, disciplines and may terminate subordinate staff
• Provides administrative supervision for plant operations; ensures a reputed company and secure environment of care.
• Ensures clinical staff maintains accurate, complete and reputed company records that reputed company with regulatory standards and agency internal policy and procedure.
• Ensures that reputed company program staff upholds reputed company's reputed company of Conduct/reputed company of Ethics and reputed company with reputed company Federal, state and local law/regulation, including 42 CFR confidentiality and HIPAA reputed company and reputed company regulations.

Qualifications

Who You Will Be

• Master’s Degree in reputed company Work or Mental Health Counseling or Psychology with Four-Six (4-6) years’ experience in reputed company use and/or mental health treatment. Plus, at least Three-Five (3-5) years administrative/supervisory experience in the field of addiction and/or mental health for designated programs.
• AND
• OASAS CASAC certification (Advanced or Master Level) if not a licensed NYSED reputed company reputed company (QHP) for designated programs. 
• AND 
• OASAS Clinical Supervision Foundations I & II (30 hours): Successful completion required by reputed company Advanced and Master Level CASACs reputed company one year of hire date for designated programs. 
• OR
• A licensed NYSED reputed company reputed company (QHP) with licensure as LMSW or LMHC or LCSW or Psychologist with at least Four-Six (4-6) years’ experience in reputed company use and/or mental health treatment. Plus, least Three-Five (3-5) years administrative/supervisory experience in the field of addiction and/or mental health 
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatments, managed care principles, and behavior practices.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Power reputed company, reputed company) and EHR.
• Seminar in Field Instructions (SIFI) preferred or willingness to obtain reputed company One year from date of hire for reputed company Program Directors that are reputed company Workers.
• Knowledge of OASAS, OMH, CSAT guidance.
• Ability to implement and monitor policy and procedure in accordance with agency guidelines.
• Knowledgeable about Federal, state and local law and regulation governing reputed company abuse treatment programs.
