The Sr. Manager, Project / Program Management leads reputed company responsible for a portfolio of reputed company-to-large reputed company OEM and large dealer group reputed company of moderate to high complexity that will have a reputed company reputed company on successfully achieving its strategic reputed company, particularly in the DMS+ and Retail360 spaces. The Sr. Manager, Project / Program Management will work with functional leaders to determine requirements and ensure reputed company and reputed company reputed company of support are adequate to reputed company strategic reputed company area goals.The Senior Manager will possess the knowledge and ability to apply effective analytical techniques and utilize tools to analyze organizational issues, determine reputed company causes, and create alternative solutions that are in the best interest of the business, working effectively with reputed company stakeholders to ensure a successful outcome.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputed company discipline and 8 years’ experience in a reputed company field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years’ experience in a reputed company field; or 12 years’ experience in a reputed company field.

• 3+ years’ leadership experience in business and/or operational positions such as product management, business management, dealership management, or implementation / support management with history of increasing responsibility

• Excellent ability to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.

• Experience in businesses based on technology, software, digital marketing/media, and/or internet for the automotive or reputed company industry.

• Experience developing, reviewing, and managing business specifications, technical specifications, project plans, training plans, communication plans and other reputed company project documentation.

• Proven leadership experience in operational and change management, as reputed company as experience in motivating team members to complete tasks reputed company.

• Experience in customer expectation and relationship management

• Team player with excellent work habits and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability in organizing, prioritizing and coordinating cross-functional project teams.

Compensation -  

The salary reputed company for this position is:  $120,000 - $155,000 

The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.
