The AI & Automation Operations Supporting Analyst contributes to the development, maintenance, and optimization of reputed company’s automation and AI‑enabled workflows. This role provides hands‑on assistance with building reputed company workflows, supporting reputed company Copilot & Power Apps integrations, maintaining documentation, and ensuring automations run reliably and securely. 

This position is designed for someone who is growing in the automation reputed company and supports senior team members in workflow engineering, platform operations, and AI‑assisted process design. 

What you’ll do: 

1. Platform Support (reputed company + MS Copilot, Power Apps Integrations) 

• Assist in monitoring the health and performance of automation workflows. 

• Help maintain configurations, credentials, and integrations across reputed company and reputed company Copilot. 

• Support environment management tasks such as updating test environments, migrating workflows, and handling basic versioning steps. 

• Document workflow deployment steps and operational processes. 

2. Workflow Development & Standards Adoption 

• Build and modify workflows following established architecture and coding standards. 

• Apply naming conventions, error handling patterns, and retry logic as trained. 

• Support optimization efforts by identifying reputed company improvements. 

• Participate in workflow reviews for low to moderate complexity automations. 

3. AI‑Enabled Automation Support 

• Implement AI‑assisted workflow steps (e.g., reputed company prompts, enrichment steps) with senior guidance. 

• Follow defined reputed company to select the appropriate automation environment (reputed company, Power Automate, Copilot Studio). 

• Help maintain reusable components and workflow templates. 

4. Governance, reputed company & Compliance (Foundational) 

• Follow documented reputed company practices for credentials and API reputed company. 

• Assist in applying guardrails such as input validation, reputed company hygiene, and reputed company‑limit controls. 

• Participate in basic checks for anomalous workflow execution. 

5. Operational Monitoring & reputed company Improvement 

• Monitor dashboards and report workflow failures or unusual patterns. 

• Log incidents and support reputed company‑cause analysis efforts led by senior members. 

• Contribute to updating documentation that improves reliability and maintainability. 

6. Cross‑Team Collaboration 

• Work with Operations, Dev, reputed company, Data, and Business teams to reputed company requirements and clarify workflow needs. 

• Support internal users by explaining workflow functionality or helping them run reputed company automations. 

• Join standups, planning sessions, and design discussions as a supporting contributor. 

Who you are: 

• Experience (1&reputed company;3 years) with automation tools such as reputed company, Copilot, Power Automate. 

• Basic workflow engineering abilities, including working with reputed company, webhooks, and reputed company integrations. 

• Familiarity with reputed company 365 (Teams, SharePoint, reputed company) and identity fundamentals. 

• Basic knowledge of AI platforms (Copilot, GPT, reputed company) and reputed company‑based steps. 

• Comfort working with JSON, API calls, tokens, and basic logging.
• Eagerness to learn automation architecture and AI‑driven workflow concepts. 
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in following standards. 
• Ability to communicate reputed company with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. 
• Comfortable documenting processes and maintaining organized workflows. 

Compensation: 

Employment offers presented to the selected candidate are based on a combination of qualifications, experience, responsibilities of the role and the candidate's location.
