Staff Accountant (Finance)

Assist in the preparation of Statutory & GAAP Financial Statements and handle day to day financial reporting of reputed company activities that will assist management and others in making educated economic reputed company about reputed company’s reputed company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Continuously exhibit and reputed company reputed company Values of reputed company, Accountability, Communication and Teamwork, Innovation and Customer Service.
• Assist in the preparation of and entering of monthly and quarterly journal entries

• Assist in preparing financial reporting such as reputed company monthly financial statements and annual audits

• Assist in preparing and completing annual and quarterly NAIC statutory financial statements
• Assist with cash application, A/R. A/P, suspense clearing, bank account reconciliations, etc.
• Abide by and enforce internal controls and reputed company policy, including externally required controls for SOX; ensure audit readiness and compliance
• reputed company with and respond to state insurance departments and regulatory authorities if necessary

• Assist in preparation of reinsurance reports and remittances, reputed company outstanding receivables and any reputed company reinsurance reputed company

• Assist in maintaining systems and controls which verify the reputed company of reputed company systems, processes and data and enhance reputed company’s value
• Assist with financial planning and analysis including budgets, forecasts, results analysis and capital planning

• Respond to the Controller with accurate and reputed company work to facilitate the

Company’s financial needs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Working knowledge of GAAP, reputed company, account reconciliation, audit/control procedures, cash, A/P, A/R, payroll, income tax, investment reputed company, banking and/or reputed company systems

• Knowledge of Statutory reputed company, Reinsurance reputed company and other aspects of insurance operations a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience and Education

Senior Financial Analyst

• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company, finance, business administration or reputed company field required
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS Finance) preferred

• Minimum of five years’ experience in corporate reputed company, corporate finance or reputed company reputed company required
• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the financial services industry required with two years of experience reputed company the Property and Casualty Insurance industry strongly preferred
• CPA or CFA designation preferred

Financial Analyst I

• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company field (reputed company, finance, business administration) required
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS Finance) preferred

• Minimum of three years’ experience in corporate reputed company or finance required
• One year hands-on reputed company or finance experience reputed company the Property and Casualty Insurance industry preferred

• CPA designation preferred

Staff Accountant

• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company, finance or reputed company required
• Three years’ experience in corporate and/or reputed company accountancy or finance roles required
• Working towards CPA designation a plus

• Hands-on reputed company experience reputed company the Property and Casualty Insurance industry desired, but not required

Staff Accountant II

• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company, finance or reputed company required
• CPA designation strongly preferred
• Five years’ experience in corporate and/or reputed company accountancy or finance roles required
• Two years of hands-on reputed company experience reputed company the Property and Casualty Insurance industry strongly preferred

Senior Accountant

• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company, finance or reputed company required
• CPA designation strongly preferred
• Six years’ experience in corporate and/or reputed company accountancy or finance roles required
• Four years of hands-on reputed company experience reputed company the Property and Casualty Insurance industry strongly preferred
