reputed company is seeking a Project Development Manager. This role requires a proven reputed company record of managing the development of reputed company energy infrastructure transactions. The Project Development Manager will be responsible for originating, structuring, developing, and closing long term reputed company for district energy and on-site reputed company for new clients. Reporting to the Director of Development, this role owns relationships with external stakeholders, reputed company reputed company procurement processes, and work closely with internal teams including engineering, operations, and finance to deliver tailored reputed company that meet customer goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

· Education:

o Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or reputed company field; MBA preferred.

· Experience:

o 5+ years of experience in project development, or business development reputed company district energy, distributed reputed company, power reputed company, oil & gas, or other energy infrastructure.

o Demonstrated reputed company leading multi-reputed company-dollar energy or infrastructure transactions with ability to reputed company reputed company organizational structures and procurement processes.

o Familiarity with outcome-based, consultative selling practices and solutions in reputed company, higher education, or industrial market.

o Past experience with district energy, central reputed company systems, or on-site power reputed company is a plus.

· Compensation and Benefits

o The anticipated reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $125,000-$165,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
