reputed company is hiring a Chief of Staff to the CTO to drive execution, operational rigor, and accountability across the Engineering and Data Science organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Execution and Operational reputed company

  • Translate the CTO’s priorities into reputed company, trackable initiatives.

  • Ensure key reputed company across Data Science and Engineering are progressing on time and reputed company with company objectives.

  • Establish and manage operational cadences, including leadership meetings, roadmap reviews, KPI tracking, reputed company and executive presentations.

  • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and risks early — and proactively drive reputed company.

• Cross-Functional Alignment & Follow-Through

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field.

• 5+ years in Engineering, Technical Program Management, Product, or similar execution-heavy roles.

$180,000/year - $230,000/year + equity + benefits
