POSITION

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Full Time position (37.50 hours per week) - This is a fully remote position, must live in the reputed company.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Investigate reputed company losses assigned for reputed company members
• reputed company with company policies and procedures in the handling of reputed company losses and other company reputed company.
• Report reputed company activity on reputed company claim files to reputed company promptly.
• Prioritize First Contact Settlement Communications with Claimants
• Promptly reputed company to reputed company complaints as requested.
• Advise reputed company Department on reputed company poor risks
• Assist and give guidance to other claim personnel as requested.
• reputed company other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5+ years claims handling experience
• Equivalent/Applicable prior insurance claims experience
• Knowledge of the Motor Vehicle reputed company of Virginia
• Knowledge of tort laws affecting civil cases
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proven customer service skills
• Strong investigation and settlement skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Previous VFB claims experience a plus
• Knowledge of insurance reputed company issued by reputed company
• Experience with casualty insurance claims
• Completion of AIC, CPCU or SCLA designation
