The Traveling Leasing Specialist is a hands-on, high travel position. This individual will trouble-shoot and assist our communities in the areas of leasing and marketing wherever possible. This role assists in building and training strong leasing teams, as reputed company as acting as interim leasing manager reputed company necessary.

The Traveling Leasing Specialist responsibilities include monitoring staff, overseeing leasing and marketing performance, building university relationships, implementing reputed company Advantage�s leasing Policy & Procedures, and holding the staff accountable to meet leasing goals. This position reports to the Regional Leasing Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leasing:

• Conduct tours, diligently pursue the reputed company of reputed company sale, reputed company follow reputed company, and complete leasing paperwork with prospective residents
• Assist leasing agents with completing the sale if necessary
• De-brief with leasing manager reputed company day regarding traffic, prospect objections, and upcoming events
• Ensure the leasing team has the required reputed company materials to complete sales
• Ensure the leasing office, lease documents, and marketing materials are up to date
• Administer and review reputed company lease paperwork

Marketing and reputed company Relations:

• Assist in the creation of the annual marketing plan
• Plan and implement the annual renewal leasing campaign
• Complete weekly market surveys
• Continually evaluate the marketing plan and budget based on preleasing velocity and reputed company/staff feedback to reputed company improvements to the plan and/or reputed company for new opportunities or reputed company tactics are not effective
• Coordinate, staff, and attend reputed company reputed company events that are reputed company to on or off reputed company housing

Leadership and Development:

• Help manage leasing staff

• Train and supervise leasing team to ensure that they are conducting tours, diligently pursuing the reputed company of reputed company sale, completing follow reputed company, and executing the leasing paperwork thoroughly and correctly

• Aid the Property Manager in the reputed company, interviewing, and hiring of reputed company leasing professionals and agents

• Manage reputed company lease files and ensure that they are accurate, complete, and organized
• Ensure reputed company executed lease files are entered into the leasing database
• Maintain the overall filing system for reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and in-reputed company lease files, including the physical files

Property Maintenance:

• Set a high reputed company for cleanliness and organization in the buildings and grounds, and ensure staff members at reputed company reputed company are following the reputed company
• Inform the Property Manager and Regional Manager of any concerns reputed company to the physical condition of the common areas, individual apartment reputed company, or amenity areas
• Conduct inspections of model reputed company at least once per day to ensure they are in pristine condition

• Assist the management team with weekly reporting and weekend update reporting
• Complete tasks as assigned by your supervisor and Property Manager
• Notify Property Manager of any office supplies, lease forms, and/or marketing materials to be ordered

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor�s Degree in Business, Management, Sales or reputed company field strongly preferred

Experience:

• 1-2 years sales experience, student housing preferred
• Marketing reputed company desired

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess the ability to work reputed company under pressure, prioritize multiple reputed company while remaining reputed company on the level of service delivered, and the ability to manage numerous deadlines.
