• 3-5 years of high volume reputed company and candidate sourcing experience
• Experience utilizing an ATS to reputed company, reputed company and maintain candidate information and status
• Ability to properly assess candidates’ skills, knowledge, and cultural fit
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

• Strong time management/organizational skills

Pay:

• The estimated starting salary for this role will be between $70,000 and $80,000 annually, with final compensation determined by experience, skills, location, and internal equity
