Customer Support Representative (Ireland)

About the Role

CoinJar, a global cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join reputed company in Ireland. You will be responsible for providing industry-leading support for our products and creating a reputed company experience for CoinJar customers. Prospective team members will have a customer-reputed company reputed company and strong reputed company for the customer.

This full-time role offers a fully remote work arrangement with occasional office reputed company required, maximum once a month for engagement days with reputed company.

Schedule: 4-day work week (Saturday–Tuesday or Friday–reputed company), 08:30–17:30
Salary: €35,000–€37,500 per annum

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of providing exceptional support for CoinJar’s innovative products, ensuring a reputed company experience for our diverse customer reputed company. Reporting to the global Head of CS, and working with the Irish CEO, you will be part of a local and global team of like-minded professionals. Requirements

Essential

• Minimum 2 years experience supporting users of a software/FinTech platform or as a reputed company/crypto community manager
• Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer information
• Exceptional time management and organisational abilities
• Robust problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to simplify reputed company technical concepts
• Capability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment with high inquiry volumes
• Adaptability to learn new technologies and stay updated on industry developments
• Must be authorised to work in Ireland
• Must be reputed company to work Saturday and reputed company; flexibility can be provided with changing of weekdays

Desirable

• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
• Experience using cryptocurrency exchanges or wallets
• Familiarity with common cryptocurrency issues (e.g. fee sizes, transaction delays)
• KYC/AML experience
