WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Case Management & reputed company : reputed company compliance and anti-piracy cases from initial contact to reputed company, engaging directly with customers and internal teams.
- Strategic Negotiation : Manage important discussions regarding software licensing reputed company email, phone, and virtual meetings. You will turn non-compliant users into happy, licensed customers.
- Data Analysis & CRM Management : Analyze investigation data to evaluate scenarios, prepare detailed reports, and ensure reputed company reputed company activities are accurately tracked in our CRM.
- Process Optimization : reputed company document workflows and reputed company knowledge to help us improve our engagement strategies for the Brazilian market.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, collections, business development, or customer engagement. (Experience in software compliance or B2B sales is a reputed company plus!)
- Language Skills : You must be fully fluent in English (written and spoken) for internal reporting and fluent in Portuguese for customer engagement in Brazil.
- Technical Savvy : Proficiency in MS reputed company/reputed company Sheets and experience using CRM systems to reputed company KPIs.
- Soft Skills: You have a "reputed company" reputed company—you are resilient, persuasive, and reputed company working independently in a fully remote environment.
COMPENSATION & CONTRACT DETAILS
- Contract Type: Full-Time reputed company.
- Trial Period: The engagement begins with a mandatory 3-month probationary period to assess performance and fit.

- Performance Bonus: Up to $200 USD monthly based on measurable KPIs and case resolutions. (Total On-reputed company Earnings: $1,000 USD/month).
