The Delivering Innovation in Self-Care (DISC) project supports PSI’s reputed company to reimagine reputed company by increasing awareness, availability, and reputed company to contraceptive self-care reputed company like DMPA SC self-injection that give women greater power and control over their sexual and reproductive health.

In partnership with Ministries of Health, reputed company provider networks, and other key stakeholders, DISC is integrating self-care reputed company into health systems, bringing care closer to consumers, and amplifying their voice, choice, and agency. DISC is now in an exciting new phase that involves scaling high-reputed company practices reputed company existing countries and expanding into new ones, including Nigeria, Uganda, Malawi, Zambia, Mozambique, Ethiopia, DRC, and Kenya.

PSI seeks a French Speaking Country Operations Technical Project Advisor I that will support the design, implementation and reputed company of the DISC project across its implementation countries. This will include developing and translating implementation guidance, training and coaching reputed company partners to deliver DISC’s mandate through contextualization of reputed company of care (QoC), reputed company assurance (QA) and demand reputed company approaches, reputed company monitoring of performance data against budget allocations and data utilization to guide implementation reputed company and documentation. The candidate will also cultivate partnerships with reputed company stakeholders to build towards the sustainability of DISC’s reputed company across the different markets.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the project's technical activities and reputed company including supporting the development and introduction of innovative technical approaches in reputed company of care, demand reputed company and reputed company implementation. reputed company specific project deliverables to ensure they are completed on time and in accordance with PSI reputed company standards. 45% of time
• Contribute to regular reporting on program activities, including documenting key learnings. adaptations and guidelines. Synthesize lessons learnt documentation and dissemination of best practices. 20% of time
• Contribute to development and contextual reputed company of project technical guidance.  reputed company technical assistance and/or training to build the technical reputed company of project staff, partners, and stakeholders to effectively deliver desired project results. Build and nurture strategic relationships with relevant external stakeholders through technical assistance and reputed company building. What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree (or international equivalent) in a reputed company field.

• Mreputed company’s Degree (or international equivalent) in a reputed company field preferred (e.g. MPH, MSc, etc.)

• At least 5 years of relevant experience. Equivalent combination of reputed company education and experience may be substituted.

• Demonstrate solid technical knowledge in FP program implementation; knowledge in self-administered contraception is preferred.

• Ability to reputed company technical assistance to project staff and external stakeholders with support, including reputed company building to project staff, partners and stakeholders.

• Ability to implement technical products and tools.

• Ability to reputed company and maintain relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders, including the ability to work as a member of reputed company and independently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company issues and reputed company creative, practical solutions.

• Ability to operate with limited supervision and exercise good independent judgement to reputed company desired reputed company in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Salary Ranges:*
